I am a planner in nature, however planning a destination wedding can be a daunting task. Prior to meeting Iryna, we had a few video calls with other planners but none of them seemed like the right fit. After speaking with Iryna for a few minutes I knew she was the one who would help bring our dream to a reality, which in retrospect is an understatement! Throughout the planning process Iryna was the behind the scenes woman who coordinated with all the vendors, came up with creative decor ideas (even scoured vintage market looking for the mirror I wanted ;)) and did so with grace! The idea of hiring someone you’ve never met to plan your wedding across the world & deliver your vision can be so intimidating! But from the very first video consultation Iryna made us feel so confident & excited for our big day! She was so professional, detailed & personable! The entire planning process felt seamless. On our wedding day, the weather wasn’t what we expected but Iryna never let that be a worry & her back up plan was better than our original idea! Everything was beautifully & perfectly done! Where to start! Iryna was fabulous from the very first moment we met her, and she has helped us pull off our dream wedding without a hitch. It wouldn’t have been nearly the same without her. She is super competent and professional, and she is also lovely and a joy to be around (especially when you’re stressed!). She is the calming force you need by your side on the day, and she is also super efficient. She went above and beyond what we had initially asked of her and she saved the day by finding us a replacement videographer not even 36 hours before the wedding. Truly, we cannot not recommend her enough!

We had an extremely limited time to organize our wedding. We were very lucky to have Iryna to help us with the preparations. Her participation was fundamental to have everything ready in time. It was also very important to have all the rules of a Jewish wedding ceremony respected. She took away a huge part of stress.
